Through the utilization of secondary materials, we not only save valuable resources but also drastically reduce the demand for fossil fuels and water in the production of primary raw materials. Through upcycling, we've achieved up to an 80% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional plastic production.

Zero Original Plastic - Pure Recycled Excellence

At 3DDen, we prudly operate with <1% original petroleum-based plastic. Our products are crafted from pure recycled petroleum-based or bioplastic materials, supporting a circular economy.

Raising the Bar in Recycling

Currently, only about 9% of produced plastic is recycled globally. Our ambitious goal is to significantly increase this percentage by focusing on the production of large objects. With approximately 22% of plastic waste worldwide not properly managed, there's a pressing need for innovative solutions.

The Ocean's Call to Action

Why ocean waste? The ocean is the lifeblood of our planet, supporting all living organisms. Ocean pollution, particularly plastic waste and debris from the fishing industry, disrupts the delicate balance of marine ecosystems. While less than 0.5% of all plastic produced finds its way into the ocean, the absolute volume remains staggering - approximately 1 million metric tons annually. The Great Pacific Garbage Patch alone holds around 100 million kilograms of plastic, with 1.8 trillion pieces larger than 0.5 mm.
